BMW of Peabody gave me a great deal on my CPO 2008 335i, allowing me to step up into a 335 over a 328. The salespeople were pretty easy to work with and although there were a lot of extra insurances that were offered in addition to the car, they didn't pressure me into buying anything that I did not need. Jamie was extremly knowledgeable on all aspects of the 328i BMW. He was very courteous and helpful with any questions we had. Jamie helped me on a complicated transaction. I live in DC, but needed a car in Massachusetts and my trade-in was still in DC. Not only did he find me the car I wanted, but BMW of peabody offered me a decent offer on my trade-in based on pictures and maintenance records alone and arranged for pickup in DC. This was a GREAT experience.
jamie mccoy and vin mccauley are the reasons that bmw of peabody is a world class dealership. we have been dealing with vin on all 5 of our bmw's...and he is a top notch gm. he is attentive, he listens and more importantly for me...he is a straight shooter. if he can do something- he does it....if he cant, he tells you exactly why. that is respect. jamie is unparalleled at his job. he goes the extra 10 miles to ensure customer satisfaction. vin and jamie have customers for life.
You might read a lot of these comments and think they are too good to be true, not so. Go there, ask for Jamie, and you will be amazed that a new car buying experience can be this satisfying. Just leased my 3rd vehicle from Jamie (535xi M Sport), highly recommend!!! I had some problems with service which, Vin Vin McCauley successfully resolved. He was courteous and very patient with all my complaints and went out of his way to make sure I was a happy return customer. I would highly recommend him in dealing with sales or customer service aspects.
If it wasn't for Jaimie's good listening skills and then communicating to his used car sales manager I Mwouldn't have purchased my wife's used BMW XE from this dealer. Both Jaimie and Heather did a fantastic job making me feel like I should purchase my car from BMW of Peabody. With people like this on their team, they should be the best BMW dealership in the Bston area. I would not hesitate to sending any of my friends there to purchase a car. Keep up the good work.
