I LOVE this dealership, especially Jamie McCoy, my sales/client advisor and Matt Heffron, my service representative. They always come through for me. My latest experience involved an electrical issue which arose at 5pm on Friday evening. The service dept was closed, but Rob, the Service Mgr, arranged for a Sat am appt at the Centennial Dr location. Collaborative process and oes above and beyond to ensure enjoyable total ownership experience (e.g., arranging for maintenance, helping with snow tire switch, etc).
