The salespeople of BMW of Visalia provided a very friendly service. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. I didn't feel that they talked down to me because I was a woman. I felt I received a fair deal.

From the very beginning we were met with the most respect and genuine professionalism I have EVER experienced while car shopping. Shayne was very knowledgeable and customer service oriented definitely NOT the stereotypical salesman.
