"Excellent Service Department" Went in for emergency tire service Saturday, Labor Day weekend. I had no appointment and was just taking a shot. My Service Advisor, Jackie Ruggerio was working that morning. I told her my problem (without mentioning my Labor Day Weekend plans) and without hesitation told me that they will get it done. I needed 4 tires and balancing. I told Ms. Ruggerio I would wait, figuring I may be there for 4-5 hours as they were booked and working with a Holiday weekend staff. "Highly Recommend Doug Monette" Worked with Doug Monette. Doug provided the best overall experience I’ve ever had buying a car. He makes is very simple and a pleasure to work with. This was my second purchase from him and I would never use anyone else. Anyone that has had a bad experience anywhere else should go see Doug. Overall, the dealership is great.
