"Greg Box service" Greg was my Advisor for my most recent visit to Smithtown BMW. I will be asking for him to assist me going forward. Greg was great at the follow-through and he helped get me out the door as quickly as was possible

"Friendly and informed support that keeps me safe." My Service Manager is Jackie Ruggiero, and when I bring my car in for service she recognizes me right away and calls up my service records and asks if I have anything to report that will be checked. In my most recent appointment the service needed required that I leave the car and take a loner, which Jackie lined up for me. "Efficient" Inspection sticker and oil change, waited shower amount of time. Greeted at service door promptly. Greg offered tire rotation and balancing, which I declined. But I appreciated the attention to the service.

"Great service" My car was due for service but I live about an hour away from the dealership. Perry picked up my car, left me a loaner car, and returned my car later in the day. Larry ( dk last names -- sorry) called me from the service department when my car arrived and texted me later to advise that the work was completed. I could not have asked for better service!
