"Greg Box and Frank Montalto are terrific!!!" Just recently, I had an intermittent problem that could not be identified immediately, and Greg took charge of the situation, collaborated with me to figure out what the problem was, put me in a loaner and fixed the issue.
"Efficient and courteous handling of new lease" This is my third consecutive lease with bmw, twice with Marc Humanitzki who has been both courteous and very attentive to my needs for a new vehicle. My wife is now considering a bmw lease using Marc based on my experience. Moreover the service department has in all my leases been most efficient and concerned with my needs, most recently with service manager Greg Montalto and his assistant Greg.
