As usual, friendly, attentive and TIMELY service on my vehicle. Caring involvement in my renewal/extension of service, after six years of ownership. Only "complaint" is NOT with the dealership, but for being chased - to no avail - by SiriusXM after the service.

I had stopped in the sales office with my husband and mentioned that my car's inspection was due at the end of the month. The saleswoman, Theresa said she would make a call and see if they could do it right away (it was already 2 or 3pm). She hung up and told me to go to service, they would be more then happy to do my inspection right away. When I arrived in the Service Dept Chris greeted me and ensured me that the inspection would be done and would I also like them to do a complementary car wash. I thanked him for both.

The entire staff of Competition BMW of Smithtown ensures the utmost experience and satisfaction to their customers. Marc handled my lease quick and easy. The service is impeccable and they will go as far to drop off a loaner and pick your BMW up!!! I know Rolls Royce owners who get a Hyundai as a loaner and have to drop off and pick up themselves. Competition BMW is my "Go To" dealership for my past and any future purchases!

It was a pleasure working with Jason and he handled everything quickly and easily. He handled the deal in a profesional manner. Hands down the best car buying experince I have ever had.
