Can't say how much of a pleasure working with the staff at competition BMW was recently. My sales person John oliveira was simply amazing and the effort and care was above expectations. My finance manager Helga Carroll was beyond great. She worked to get me the best possible deal and made what could be a very nervous moment so relaxing and easy. On a scale of 1-10 for how happy I am I give it a 15

Another great customer service experience lead by Greg Box. I had an appointment which they took me on time. All service work was done on time. Greg was professional as always making me feel like a valued customer.

John Zikos made the deal happen. Tried dealing with other dealers and they seemed not to want to delve into the situation that I was in and get me out of it and into a new car. I was very specific about what I was looking for and John Zikos and Competition BMW made it happen!! Great people and dealership. I could not be more pleased. Dealership is 1/2 hour from my home. I have another dealer within 2 miles of where I live. That should tell you how good they are. Thank you.

Phil got word from one of his coworkers that I was interested in purchasing a new M2 and he reached out to me via a phone call. I had a specific color and spec in mind going into the dealership and they ended up having a black one with the exact spec that I wanted so we scheduled a test drive and talked some numbers.
