Alway a pleasure dealing with my service manager Rudy and the rest of the service team at Competition BMW of Smithtown. He courtesy car they provided was fun to drive. The work was excellent as usual. My only criticism is the price is a bit high.

The problems during the inspection on my Z-4 were fixed as promised and I was given a loaner which helped me to go with my life without any interruptions ... Jacqueline Ruggiero,the assit .service manager was professional with her explanations and kept in touch during the process of ordering parts and repairs. Thank you.!

We are a loyal BMW family and in no small part is that decision due to people like my salesperson Phil Laccone. Phil is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and lives up to his word. I was impressed by the fact that when I raised a question that he didn't know the answer to off hand, he immediately sought out the answer. Phil always makes our BMW experience an enjoyable one and we leave there knowing that we obtained the best possible deal! Once again, thank you Phil and everyone else at Competition BMW.
