Ken was incredibly understanding of my situation and was able to do all that he could to help solve the problem. He isn't just an automaton that tries to make as much money as he can from you. He took the time to listen and explain everything that's going on. He was able to cut my time waiting in half and able to save me a great deal of money. I'm very pleased at the professionalism and compassion he brought while servicing my vehicle.

This is my first BMW experience and it probably won’t be my last. So far not only the sales personnel, but also the car, have proven to provide outstanding service. Everyone I was in contact with was courteous and friendly. I would recommend this dealership and car to anyone.

The team were very well informed on the cars. Salesman (Marc) was upfront and courteous. After reviewing cars at other competitors dealerships, I was impressed with the secondary computer display to view along with salesman. This provided an atmosphere of being honest purchasing details about the car and financial services.

I got a great car at a fair price from Justin at Competition BMW. He worked with me to come up with the best car options & best price for the 2015 528xi that I finally bought from him. My insurance company web site was down for almost the whole day & he worked with them on the phone for quite some time so I could take the car home that day. He's very knowledgeable in the field & knows more than I do about the cars he sells. Hats off to a great salesman, I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from him.
