Phil made the experience great. Phil has a fantastic personality, was informative and made the experience of purchasing a car quite enjoyable. He was warm, friendly and funny. I felt very welcomed and both he and the crew were very accommodating.
He was a very good salesman and follows up with us from time to time to see how our experience has been with the car. He knows all the operations and features of the 440 plus took over 2 hours to train my wife on the features and operations. He is a real asset to any sales organization!

Aside from the price of service and parts, guess that goes along with BMW, I find the customer satisfaction above par. Everyone is courteous, personable, and accommodating. The service dept., and Chris, are excellent and understanding and really helpful Last time I met Marty who kinda oversees the arriving and departing passengers if you will.
