I have had the best experience in this dealership with Justin. He is very knowledgeable, nice, kind and mannered. He is definitely a pro at what he does!!!! He definitely knows his stuff! Helga also help me tremendously she’s a serious pro! Always put together and very sweet. I enjoyed speaking to her on a Couple of occasions. She even threw in the mats for free which I found to be very very nice of her!
The Client Advisor, Wasyl Bozydaj, was great to deal with. He is very professional and from my account, not pushy at all...just friendly and patient, and very knowledgeable. The Business Manager, Helga Carrol was also very proffessional, friendly and thorough. And finally, Nicole Rizzo, who provides you with instruction for your new car, was also great and patient! Artur is the best. Direct honest helpful. He provides advice and ideas to help customers get a fair deal and save $'s. Artur told me about the BMW Car club rebate program of which I knew nothing. Now I'm getting a club rebate! Artur, his manager Mr Bellucci, Helga the business manager, Nicole and other employees I came in contact with all seem to have positive attitudes, are friendly & welcoming to customers.
Easy to get appointments. Fast and courteous and they always wash the car. Wi-Fi, coffee in the waiting area. I would recommend the dealership.
The wait can be a little long, so be prepared. BUT the service staff are all accommodating and welcoming and this is my favorite dealer for service. (I've used other BMW dealers with less than exceptional service.)
After leasing from Mercedes for the past couple of years we decided to give it up a switch. We walked in on a whim to shop around for our next car since my wife's lease was up and we actually left with a downpayment on an SUV that same day. My experiences over the last 2 yrs of leasing my 1st BMW have been great. I am a very busy professional and having them pick up my car a leave a loaner car is exactly what I need. Very attentive to any questions/concerns I have. The car always comes back washed and vacuumed which is a nice touch and what one would expect for a high level experience. I have not leased the same vehicle ever, but may do it next year if the numbers work. Can't wait.
Have been dealing with Smithtown service for a few years. Rudy is always friendly and knowledgeable & quick to follow up. A pleasure to deal with. Much better than experiences at Haberstad in Huntington.
Phil is great. I downgraded from an X4 to a 3 series. He understood my financial constraints and worked with me to find an option that is not stressful that I was happy with. I drive over 70 miles (with there being many other BMW dealerships in between) to this dealership because of their continued excellence in customer service. Helga made the process seamless and conducted herself most professionally. Nicole is excellent in introducing the car's features and upgraded technology.
