I had a great experience working with Jason, I was purchasing my first BMW and considering the X-5, he was very helpful in assisting me without the nonsense of sales pressure. I went with my kids multiple times exploring our options. Definitely ask for Jason, we all had a bunch of laughs as if I was buying from a friend. I purchased this as a surprise for my wife and she loves her new ride !
Jason Phelps is hands down the best sales person I've worked with at any car dealership. He knows cars and patiently works with you until all of your questions are answered and the right car with the options you want is found. After visiting numerous dealerships and talking with different sales people, It was very clear that Jason had the skill and knowledge to help with my purchase of a BMW, and made the whole process quite easy.
I went in for a computer recall and then had my first all change. After a small complication, the service department took care of everything and gave me a loaner. Couldn't be nicer or more helpful.

Walked in looking for a car, I was introduced to Justin Martinez, the professionalism and friendly attitude of this young man was excellent. He listened to what I was looking for and didn't deviate from my needs. The decision was made real quick and deal was done. Justin was different from other sales advisors, he was straight forward and didn't push for additional things. There for my decision was quick and easy.

I've purchased over 7 cars from this dealer, new and used. Most of them with Marc H. He is a very professional salesperson and what he says it what happens. He takes his time and doesn't rush you. My last car I traded in was a Mini Cooper. I was 7k backwards. He took me seriously when others didn't that I wanted to get out of this car. He found me a perfect car that I was able to build in the neg. equity. My payment stayed the same and I only paid 1k out of pocket because they added a backup camera.
