Jason Phelps was a pleasure for us to work with. He was conscientious and humorous. We both enjoyed the experience ofpurchasing of our new X3 with him at the helm. He has not forgotten us after the sale which so often happens. I needed a new key since the 2nd one was lost somewhere at the dealership, and Jason made sure I got my replacement without a major hassle. Great man to work with and I would recommend him to any of you considering a BMW and this dealership.
My Z4 was coming off lease and I was interested in purchasing it. When I went back to the dealer I purchased it from they gave me the stated buy out price and would not entertain a discount. I called Competition BMW of Smithtown and explained I wanted to purchase the car. Helga worked with me and was able to reduce the buyout price. At Competition BMW of Smithtown I was treated with courtesy and respect.
Working with John Zikos was a pleasure. He and the dealership personnel, Nichole Rizzo, made the experience of buying enjoyable, through their knowledge of the product, and their pleasant manner. I will be back!

I made my appointment over the internet and got the day and time that worked for me. I did get a confirmation email immediately to confirm. On the day of service, I arrived at the dealership0 and was IMMEDIATELY acknowledge and started on my service. Joseph Fioentine was my service writer and came over to discuss my service. It was regular service and I needed my annual inspection. Justin was very professional and had a nice personality which made you feel very comfortable. He was able to get my car available to me within 2 days, that is real effort.
