Just a great experience from beginning to end. I don't think they could have been nicer to me if they made any attempt to be. A genuinely Pleasant experience. Jane Billig, Joe and Dominic and Clint were just wonderful. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, they were great. I've been buying parts and service and automobiles from Daniels for over 10 years. My highest recommendation.

Charlie was on top of the matter the morning after my car was towed to Daniels. After the service team gave him the diagnosis he was quick to respond in a self-assured, easy manner and with how, what, and when Daniels would provide service(s). He took care of everything, - answered and/or returned my telephone calls in a reasonable amount of time, spoke to my husband, had my car brought to the body shop for a recall, ga the side view mirror repaired. We found our vehicle online. Because we were traveling over an hour to the dealership, we called to make an appointment for the test drive. When we arrived, Dmitry had the car warmed up for us (it was December) and ready to go. He was able to answer all our questions during the test drive and after. He was very professional every step of the way, and has continued to be available for questions after our purchase. Everyone at the dealership has been wonderful. I would recommend them without hesitation.
