Came to Daniels to explore buying my first BMW. I submitted my indication of interest through their website and was quickly met with a warm email from Kelly. After exchanging emails for a few days, I went in for a test drive and was met with friendly, knowledgeable answers to all of my questions. Very straightforward. Easy and honest experience with the whole staff. Pricing was competitive. Dealership clean and well managed. My salesperson, Kelly, was fantastic and professional.
Todd has been my service adviser now for over 10 years. He honest and always recommends the best course of action for my service appointments while saving me money. He’s never pushy about having anything done if it’s not in the budget or needed, only whatever is necessary. I had an incident where my master brake cylinder was broken 1 week after my maintenance warranty had ended and he went ahead and had it repaired under warrant where as other adviser or dealerships may have given me a hard time or made me pay for it. I’ve been a long time customer of Daniel’s BMW and 2015 I was in the market for a new M4. My sales adviser and the sales manager weren’t able to accommodate the price I was looking for or match what another dealer had offered me so they lost me as a customer after 10yrs. Fast forward and now I’m in the market for a new M3. Ashley and Joe went out of their way to accommodate my needs and we were able to come to an agreement to get me into a new M3. The staff at Daniels is very polite and knowledgable about the cars on their lot. All my questions were answered quickly. I never felt like I was getting a run around with their answers. Dmitry was fabulous, I will definitely refer him to my friends and family.
I am a long time customer of Daniels BMW. I just completed a transaction on my 6th vehicle with them and the service and attention of that staff just can not get any better or more sincere. Kelly Gerding was instrumental in assisting me re some of the features on my X5 - especially navigation and downloading CD's. I had a ton of questions, but she answered every one in a very understandable fashion. Kelly knows her stuff - Daniels and BMW have a winner here!!!
