Having hit a curb with the rear driver-side wheel on an icy road, I damaged the chassis stabilizer. A call to Todd Simpson resulted in the car being towed to Daniels BMW where the damage was repaired to my full satisfaction. I was most impressed with the concern and efficiency displayed by the representatives of the the BMW towing service as well by the personnel of Daniels BMW, particularly Todd Simpson.
Dominic was so friendly and so professional, I have been a BMW customer for over 10 years and never have I met someone as knowledgeable, hard-working, and genuine as him. I’m bringing my husband In and I want him to see Dominic do to his level of professionalism and expertise. You guys could’ve not hired a better man for this job!

I have been a customer of the Daniels BMW's dealership for over twenty years, and I have been working with my assigned Service Advisor, Todd Simpson, for close to the last 10 years. I have found Todd to be both professional and personable at all times, while demonstrating an attention to detail concerning the servicing of my cars. But beyond that, he has on a number of occasions, gone the "extra mile" in helping with various service issues to the point that I feel like I have a "friend in the business".
The team at Daniels took the time to fully understand my needs. My purchasing experience was excellent and I would highly recommend Daniels to friends and colleagues.

Excellent dealership and client advisor , Eric kunckle our sales person was excellent and very polite , he took a great deal of time of making our experience comfortable he explained everything detail and answered all of our questions.
