Jane is as easy a person to work with as anyone I have been involved with when purchasing a new car. She spent well over an hour with me explaining all the features of my X5. She is a credit to the BMW BRAND AND TO Daniels BMW. SHE IS TERRIFIC TO WORK WITH!!!!!
I love my Mini Cooper, but even if I didn't I would drive one so that I can experience the quick, professional, courteous and fun service that is provided by Mini Cooper of Allentown. My service advisor Luis Rodriguez is more like friend and family than business acquaintance.
My visit to BMW was well appreciated for the repair that was scheduled for my BMW X5 30i 2009 the only problem was I have a problem with my sos malfunction which turns my radio off at start up it was tested by BMW but couldn't give me any estimate of the cost to repair the problem which is very concerning to me being that I am on a fixed disability pension.
I went in for a state inspection. I was offered a loaner for the day. When I picked up my car it was spotless and the work was complete several hours earlier than expected.. Very pleased with the service given to me by Todd Simpson. He is always cordial and professional..
Todd Simpson is always available for questions. Patient, kind , caring and honest we enjoy his attention to detail. We would recommend Daniels to any buyer from Scranton to the Poconos to Reading!! We live an hr from Allentown so Todd makes sure our loaner car is provided and even recommends where to eat breakfast. May God bless him. Hes the best!
Was helped by David Elias. He made the process very easy and straightforward. Had my new lease off the dealer lot in about an hour. Would definitely recommend him if you are going to stop in to Daniels.
