Jane Billig was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional while we were exploring various models, features and options, and finally deciding on a 2018 BMW 330xi sedan. the service personal "Lewis" is the best. He always calls me prior to working on my car, and follows up with my warranty company to ensure that my bill is worked out appropriately. The service is always so friendly, and I get a loaner car to help me out, they go over all the work done on my car when I get there to pick it up. I can not say enough about Lewis. He is the best.

From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership it was an unbelievable experience. M.Omar was our salesperson that was full of energy and excitement. I have serviced 5 BMWs over 13 years at Daniels BMW and have had Joe Millington as my Service Advisor since. Joe is the epitome of a what a world-class BMW SA should be - he's honest, always goes the extra mile, is accommodating, and is truly knowledgeable about your specific vehicle. We lost our 2007 530i to cosmetic damage from a hit and run that resulted in the car being totaled. Our exhaustive two month search for a new car finally and thankfully landed us back in Allentown at Daniels. Dmitry Kukuy brought us up to speed on recent line changes and technological improvements. This is my first BMW and definitely won't by my last! Dmitry made the car buying experience effortless and easy. This is my 4th BMW and, consistently, my dealers have been top notch. Jane helped me this time. She was knowledgable, approachable, and great to work with. I wasn’t necessarily looking to buy a new car, but it all just fell into place and Jane did not pressure me in any way. She acted professionally and ensured me she would be there for any future needs.
