Purchased a certified pre-owned 428i. Jane Billig was very pleasant, professional, and extremely accommodating. Jane was kind enough to schedule delivery the day after her daughters wedding! A BMW cars will often sell itself, but the experience at Daniels has always been a factor in the decision making process.
I have dealt with this dealership for over 30 years, so that should speak for itself. This time I dealt with Jane Billig, a relatively new salesperson, but with a background on the service side, so she knows the cars. She was fair, accommodating and easy to work with. I want to say that she is also a very nice person, and she is. However, I know several other sales people, as well as the service people, and everyone I know there, from the top down, is a nice person.
We made all of the arrangements via phone without needing to visit the dealership. The car was ready when promised, and all features were as ordered. We got a very good tutorial, and were on our way. The leasing process was easy, and we are completely satisfied so far.
Lauren was very knowledgeable about the mini's and the BMW X3 cars. Just being able to drive several cars before making a decision was awesome. She is such a warm and friendly person, wonderful to work with. Thank you again Lauren for such a great experience. Daniels is lucky to have someone like you.

I loved working with Ashley. I've been in the market for a car for awhile, and her efforts along with Gary and Rick's were very helpful to get the car I wanted. Other car dealerships have given me issues over paperwork issues, but I was easily able to work through them thanks to Gary and Ashley. Rick was also great, by clearly explaining possible add ons, but being honest enough to say when we didn't need them. I'm very happy by how we were treated here.
