I was looking to purchase my first car since my lease just ended on my previous car. Tony Genao and Gary Albanese were beyond helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Tony stayed after hours to answer our questions and went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress free. Gary was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. My family and I were extremely pleased with the process. I would highly recommend Daniels BMW and both Tony and Gary to anyone.

Great experience and ease of purchasing a vehicle. Was interested in a vehicle I saw online. Emailed Tony to see if the vehicle was still available, and if so, I was going to be stopping by to check it out. Tony emailed me back to say it was available and that he would make himself available to show me the vehicle whenever I stopped by. I stopped by and met with Tony, he took me on a test drive and then had my trade-in vehicle evaluated. Tony then worked up a cost including my trade in value. I have had the opportunity and experience of shopping for many cars in my time and in another lifetime, I actually worked in a dealership so I am very familiar with the selling process. My experience to pick up a new vehicle was very pleasant. Friendly staff with high regard for customer service. New car was ready and clean and sales person reviewed features with enthusiasm. Paperwork was ready for review and signing and all documents applicable to car were provided as expected.

One of my least favorite things to do is purchase a new car. I love looking at the vehicles, but hate the haggling you need to do with the salesmen and dealership. I must say it was an absolute pleasurable experience at Daniel's. In a very short period of time, we had settled on a very reasonable deal. My sales rep, Jane was very knowledgeable and responsive. I would definitely return here when I next decide to trade in my vehicle!

I've been a Daniels customer since 2014 when I had my 2006 X3 serviced. The level of service has never waned since my first visit and over the years I knew I wanted to purchase my next car from Daniels and I did last week. My experience was great from the beginning to the end. Eric Kunkle was my client advisor, he was great very courteous very thoughtful very friendly took his time to show me everything about the car my whole experience was awesome I recommend this dealer to everyone !
