Eric and Gary were easy to work with to negotiate a reasonable sale price for the vehicle being purchased and for a trade value on my current vehicle. The overall process of paperwork and delivery was well organized and efficient. Everyone involved was friendly and accommodating.

I just picked up my third Daniels BMW. Jane is a real pro. Helped me with everything I needed. Team around her is outstanding. Clint and Joe made everything easy and I have a great history of excellent service from the maintenance team, in particular Ethan. I've never had an issue that wasn't fixed immediately. And I am loving my new 530e.

I recently purchased my 5th BMW from Daniels, and as usual, the entire experience was a pleasure. I bought a 2018 M550xi and it is an incredible vehicle. Each member of the team I worked with at Daniels (Tony Genao, Joe Grazer and Rick Mungione) was polite, knowledgable and a serious professional. I visited Daniel's BMW on 05/13/2017 to look at a 2016 BMW 328i xDrive and a CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport. Eric Kunkle was the Client Advisor who helped me inspect the cars and then test drive them. I ended up purchasing the CPO 2014 BMW 328i Xdrive M-Sport and couldn't be happier! I have had good and bad dealer experiences over the years, mostly bad, and I have to say this was a wonderful experience! We were helped by Ash, Gary and Clint for purchase of a 2014 BMW 428i Couple... We couldn't be more pleased. Ash was personable, honest, and most importantly knowledgeable about BMW... For the last few years, I purchased my car and was servicing it at a dealership in New Jersey. I decided to visit Daniel's and am so glad that I did. I met Tony on my first visit and decided to lease a new car with him *that* day. Throughout the process, he was transparent, friendly, thorough, and fair. He is remarkably good at communication and gets back to you quickly. My experience with Tony and the dealership was positive overall and I recommend both to anyone considering a BMW.

I called the dealership to inquire about a vehicle and Tony help me out and told me everything I needed to know about the vehicle he was very professional. When I decided that this was the one for me I made a decision to drive 3 1/2 hours to pick up my new vehicle Tony gave me an option to hold the vehicle for a small deposit to ensure me that he would hold the vehicle for me seeing I was coming from Connecticut and that he did and I appreciate that kind of service!
