"First Class Service" Walked in without an appointment ...was greeted with courtesy and professionalism. Offered hot or cold beverages, then paired with Jeni' Vellucici who provided credible information and offered alternative model options. She was not pushy, but maintained appropriate contact. More importantly, Jeni" came in on her day off to accommodate my schedule. When I arrived to pick up my car, she even had a beautiful red rose for me...which has lasted 11 days now!

"They went out of their way to help, from purchase to service" I have purchased used cars from Erhard and I have been treated as if I bought their most expensive new car on the lot! Everybody treats me as if I was a member of their own family. It's easy for someone to sell you a car and make you a lot of promises. But it is rare after the purchase they not only deliver on what they told you, but go over and above to make sure you are happy with any service issues.
