"Great experience!" Great experience! I have been unhappy with other brand service departments in the past, so I went to this appointment hoping for the best. I am new to BMW and Erhard and I was pleasantly surprised to find exceptional service on my first visit. Mike Hood was my advisor and he took the time to answer my questions and explain the differences with my BMW. "Excellent sales and service here" All the staff really goes far towards making every interaction excellent. All staff are courteous and friendly along with knowledgeable about the products and services they offer.
