"Service department exceeds expectations" The service team is very fair and transparent. I like working with Mike Hood as he "tells it like it is" and really makes sure that they are providing an outstanding service experience. He is very knowledgeable about the intricacies of the various BMW models which I find helpful and interesting. I also would not hesitate to recommend their whole car detail service - my car came back looking like new!

"Not about fixing my car, about Michael Hood, A++++++++++++++" It is not about the dealership service ONLY, It is about Michael Hood, service advisor. Even though the dealership moved far out from where I live. I just couldn't resist in taken my car for service for MICHAEL HOOD, SERVICE ADVISOR TO DEAL WITH. who I have dealt with from past, very honest, straight forward kind of person to deal with. So it was worth the drive after I called first in making sure ,Mike still working at your dealership.

"Nov 2019 new 2020 BMW x3" Everett was excellent sales person and very knowledgeable about the newer features on the x3. I wanted a few particular options and he was able to locate two beautiful x3's that would meet my needs. We took a test drive, and I selected a car, and he was able to find a couple of ways to discount the price. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend this dealership.
