"My car was due for periodic scheduled maintenance. Erhard..." My car was due for periodic scheduled maintenance. Erhard arranged to have my car picked up at my home. They left a loaner vehicle. Service was performed and car was returned to my home a few hours later. Service rep Bob Ufola checked with me before during and after to make sure everything I wanted done was taken care of. Altogether a very satisfying experience.

The car was ready as advertised, overnight service loaner X3 was perfect as requested. We've been using Erhard BMW since 2006, have purchased 5 BMWs from them and will continue using them in the future!
