Very good shopping experience Eric Peng helped me to get a car from the dealership. He didn't give any pressure during the shopping process. He gave good advices on the option selections.
Quick and convenient I love this place and their staff, they made my first car buying experience a wonderful memory. My schedule is pretty intense but Alec made extra time to wait for me so I could test drive the amazing Infiniti G37 IPL. Within a day Alec contact me with good news "you have been approve". Alec together with his financial team help me get the best quote even though my credit its not the greatest. I think he even miss his favorite game to wait for me so I can pick up my new baby (car). Great service - Armen is the best! Armen supported me during my rather long car selection and buying process. I was evaluating lots of other car brands and models, and Armen was always diplomatic and fair in his advice. I didn't feel any pressure to buy and my final decision was my own. I wish the paperwork was a little bit faster, though - took almost 1.5 hours. But overall, excellent experience.
Second Car with BMW of Mountain View We just received our second car in 3 years from them and will not work with any other dealer as long as Michael Borbet is still employed. He is by far the best salesperson we've worked with in 30+ years. Add the exceptional service and overall customer experience BMW of Mountain View provides and it's a no brainer. BTW, we purchased our previous BMW from another Bay Area dealer and did not receive the same level of service, which is why we switched.
