Nice experience I purchased a BMW X1 from BMW of Mountain View and I am very satisfied with the experience. Zari patiently guided me through each package and helped me reserve the car I want. Great customer service I had a great experience purchasing my 2014 BMW X3 from BMW Mountain View. My sales person was Michael B He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Michael was very responsive to my emails, and answered all of my questions. This is my first BMW and I’m very excited to be part of the family. I would definitely recommend Michael to my friends and family.
Mountain View BMW When we arrived no one approached us. But once we managed to get a sales person it went smoothly. They had a great selection. The sales person was not pushy. She was very patient and answered all our questions. She knew what she was talking about and showed us various models and colors. We used the Costco facilities so we did not need to haggle with the price of the car.
Great service I bought a BMW 335is at this dealership, Michael Gervacio is a great dealer, his service is great. Although I went there at 6p.m and finally done with all the process at 9p.m., but it still is a great experience of purchasing a car. Michael also helped me to saved my car, didn't let others buy it. A great dealership!

Bought an X3 with no hassels Recently in market for small SUV. Considering Lexus, Infinity, Ford and BMW. The BMW drove the best and had the most features for the money. Mountain View BMW made the process relatively smooth. Not effortless - but not onerous either.

The new BMW X5 is the total package. See Audrey Q. The newly designed BMW X5 is something you should test drive before you buy any other SUV. It was not on our short list of SUV's but after the test drive and Audrey's engaging explanations and love for the car, we were absolutely sold. 4 months later, we have just gotten the keys to a lovely new X5.
