Great service experience with Jason Alaura Service advisor Mr. Jason Alaura provided professional advises on the maintenance and repairs on my 2010 328i. Leasing a car I highly recommend this dealership specially Mr. Tabrizi who took care of us very well. He provide you with all the necessary information and goes out of his way to give you A+ service. He is very honest.
Overall great experience. Tiffany is wonderful, very prompt, friendly and professional. The service done to my BMW 650i was also great. The only thing I had an issue with was, who ever washed the car left some dirt from there shoes on my off white bottom panal on the drivers side and also left my floor mat very wet.
Great services from Khalid Siddiqui I just bought my first BKMW from BMW of Mountain View. The sales man, Kal, is very nice and patient helping me out going through the whole process. Since this is my first luxury car and the information seems overwhelming in the beginning, but Kal and the BMW genius gentleman from the store makes the process easy and clear. And unlike my previous experience, they did not push or trick me in terms of the price.

purchased a new 535 sedan Good overall purchasing experience. I would give a 5-star to our sales person Eric Peng. My first 2 visits to the dealership were very short due to sudden change of my schedule. Eric was very kind; showed me their stock and answered my questions. No pressure at all.
