Great service - just a pricey market (California) I had been bringing my 2003 M3 here for service since I moved here from TX. Sadly, the car had been costing more and more to repair every year and despite the usual expectation of high mileage from a BMW I had to let mine go. It was NOT an ideal situation for me. Excellent Customer Service and Follow-Through I have been a customer of BMW Mountain View (MV) for nearly three years. I have found everyone on the MV team to be reliable, accessible, friendly and courteous. I just this week purchased a new vehicle from MV and the sales process was outstanding. The MV team is the best that I have dealt with in my car buying experience. I would highly recommend the MV dealership, with no reservations.
Best BMW dealership in the area In the past few years, I bought at least 10 new different cars from BMW Mountain View. Always with the same sales woman. Zari is outstanding in her job! She always listens carefully to your requests, she offers you a lot of options, she is hard worker, she gives you all the time you want to decide what you want to do and she never tries to push you into a direction that you don't want to go. I did so much business with her! And I will continue 100% !!!!
The Purchase of my X3 35i BMW I had a very professional and enjoyable experience buying my X3 35i BMW. Laura Blanc was wonderful to work with and helped me find the exact car I wanted at a price I was hoping to obtain after much research. Excellent experience Buying a car at BMW of Mountain View was a quality experience. The salesperson, Zari, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very effective with an attentive "soft sell" approach. The folks in Mt. View let the car sell itself, but provide you with all the information and test driving experience you need to make your decision. By contrast, we had a disastrous experience at Fremont BMW. Great Buying Experience at BMW of Mountain View Worked with Scot Pleski, a very pleasant and professional member of the Mountain View sales staff who has the right ingredients of what you're looking for: product knowledge; informative & updating throughout; genuine & steady character.
