Very good Customer service I bought a 2013 BMW 328i from here last month. Michael Borbet was in charge of the sale. The car is fantastic and I received a great discount on the MSRP. The folks over at the finance department too were very accomodating and did a very good job of explaining the various options that I had. The buying process was very smooth. I am very happy with the service at BMW of Mountain View and Michael Borbet and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a new BMW
Excellenct purchase experience! My purchase experience for a 2014 3 series with BMW of Mountain View (and specifically Eric Peng, my CA) was completely hassle free. 2013 BMW X5 M My buying experience here was great. Michael B. was very patient with me as it took me months before deciding I wanted an X5M. They are really hard working guy to help you out on every steps in your purchase, trying their best to satisfy your needs. Outstanding Customer Satisfaction Driven I was in the market to replace my 2005 530i and I knew exactly what I want - model, features, options, colors combo, etc. Like most of us, entering a dealership has some resistance with all the pushing, the back and forth "let me make sure you are completely happy" by various "managers".... and I had my share of experience. Pleasant experience Very pleasant experience with Brian Bakhshandeh. He first helped us getting a 528i in 2008. Just traded the 528 for 2013 328 convertible last week. The environment is more relaxing compared to the dealer in San jose... Worth the drive.

Buying Cars Long Distance We purchased a new 328i and had it delivered to Greenville, SC performance center. Laura helped us with the transaction from start to finish and did a wonderful job. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from her "long distance" given the world class expereince.
