BMW Mountain View Service - i3 servicing I brought in my 2014 BMW i3 for an in-warranty service as my dashboard was showing a malfunction with airbag module. I was promptly assisted, given a loaner as the diagnosis and service would take more than a day. I was given updates every day at 5pm on the status. good experiences so far bought my 335i at Mountain View BMW, and have had it serviced there twice. Good experiences so far. Only complaint is getting someone on the phone can be hard, but service can be scheduled online so that makes it a bit better.
Terrific experience I can’t say enough good things about Alec Kisin and BMW of Mountain View. I took many test drives in the X5 and asked lots of questions and he was always accommodating. When I realized I needed to do a special order to get the colors and packages I wanted he let me know there was an upcoming price increase so we saved money. BMWx3 My car broke down and had it towed to shop. Unfortunately salesmen and new car customers were blocking driveway. Once out of way car was in shop. Repair rep Wayne is FANTASTIC. Got car back 2 days later. Part was expensive.
