Purchase of X3 Good experience overall. Sales person was great. Had to wait a while for the financial person to process paperwork, but once we met with him everything went smoothly. I think it was a busy day for sales. They are in process of remodeling so they are in temporary quarters. They handle that well considering.
service and battery Brandon Casey provided excellent service and even advice for my car which i did not usualy see otherwise at other dealerships. My battery needed replacement but was within warrenty perior. But there was a diagnosis which is required to see if i am eligible for the replacement which itself cost $250. Casey helped me know that i have a very high likelihood of not being eligible for the replacement because my usage was really really low. my recent service appointment I previously went to Stevens Creek BMW for service and have purchased cars there. This dealership is more convenient and so far my experience here has been superior. Service Performed at this dealership I get all my maintenance and service done at this dealership. I live in Milpitas so I can either go to BMW Fremont or Steven's Creek but I chose to go BMW Mountain View. My SA, Branden Casey is extremely knowledge, prompt, and courteous. The two techs, Dan and Greg do great work. I appreciate good communication when it comes to what is being done to my car; Branden, Dan, and Greg are great when it comes to this.
Excellent experience servicing my 5-series I've used BMW of Mountain View for many years now, same technician (Wayne). I'm very happy with the service, Wayne keeps me posted on the progress and I never had to come back to have something re-done. All my issues are always addressed in a timely matter and I can always rely on them to get me a BMW loaner vehicle so I don't have to Uber around or use car rentals.
