Excellent Service Excellent service. My appointment was at 7:20am. After I was checked in they called an Uber to take me to work - and at the specified time at end of day another Uber to bring me back to pick up my car. They really take care of you.
Service on my BMW Took my car in for recall service. Service was fast and friendly
Good but is it good enough? I thought I did my due diligence on looking for any potential problems in the 2011 BMW 335d. After 2 day of driving it around I noticed some problems. I relayed this problem to my agent but I got no definite answer after a couple of days. I like the car but they could have made an effort to fix all my concerns before my 250 miles or 5 days has passed on the no question asked return policy. Mountain View BMW The salesperson who helped me decide which model to lease was very knowledgeable, polite, and not at all pushy. He answered my questions and was able to find a vehicle with the options I wanted. Although the paperwork took a long time (it always does), the associate who walked me through the process explained each form I needed to sign and was able to answer any questions I had.
Annual Car Service My service adviser was Zee Atamy. This yang man has not only excellent communication and customer service skills, he is able to easily translate my concern of the car problems into clear technical language. He personally call day before service scheduled, identified convenient times and availability of courtesy vehicle. BMW X3 My experience was great! Everyone was very helpful. They offered many discounts that can be applied to the buying experience. I got a great discount and was able to get the car that I wanted. We had to order our car online, so it took about a month to get here. However, it was worth the wait.
Maintainess Very Good! I was able to get the service done within 2 hours which I don't need to get a loner to make another trip.
service review It was good but took an awful long time to get the loaner car (nearly 30 minutes) and too much paper work; needs a simpler process; otherwise experience was good.
