Great car and great service I returned our old leased car and leased a new BMW Series 5 car. The facility in Mountain View if very nice, clean, and customer friendly. I'm very much satisfied with the overall experience at this facility. Working with the sales manager Alec Kisin was a wonderful experience. He was very tuned to us, honest, helpful, and patient. Service Feedback There was a connector on the left bottom that was not pushed in. The car still has the plastic car seat wrap on the driver side. Car wash was done.
