Great service I was looking for a used x5 under 40k,low mileage, and color black. There wasn't one that fit my criteria. I was on my way out when I saw a brand new x3. Michael our salesman helped me choose one that fit precisely what I wanted. He listens to my needs and answer all questions rather than talking nonstop like other salesmen.
Best experience ever! Go talk to Lee Cai, he will take care of you! I bought a certified used car, he helped fix some minor tweaks, he worked around, my schedule, and he kept me informed at all times.. Everyone at the dealership was really nice and I received hassle free service.

Excellent Service Adviser I was greeted by Lucia as I arrived and helped me get a service adviser. The service adviser was Andy Simental. He was very courteous and assured me that only the best service will be provided and made a commitment to call me when the car will be ready. He also signed me up for the shuttle service to bring me home and to get me back when the service was completed. All in all Andy Simental rendered a perfect service!

Excellent Service We decided to take a stroll by the BMW dealer just to look. Well we were treate so well that in 10 minutes we were taking a drive test. Our sales person was well informed about the BMW i3. A week later we took the car home. I am pleased with my purchase and the service from our client advisor & staff at BMW.

Great service that is unmatched Eric and Gary are the best service advisors who have come through all the time and this was exceptional as I was preparing for vacation and they did the unimaginable with recall repair to my engine that completely failed on the drive line. My vacation was saved and still going well.
Thermostat replacement I had a great experience getting the car fixed. I dropped my car in the morning, got a loaner and picked up the car in the evening. Everything went smooth and no complain :-)
Wonderful service experience; nice loaner car too! Brought my X5 diesel in for a check engine light. Service advisor Eric L. was very polite and knowledgeable, and processed my paperwork quickly. I was apprised of the status of my car several times, informed clearly what work was done, what additional work was recommended, offered competitive pricing and received a loaner car on very short order. A terrific experience all around. This is my new default BMW dealer service center.
