Maintenance Service I have been sending my car for maintenance service to this dealer for many times because I'm always satisfied with the service they provide.
Good customer rep, excellent diagnosis and service Customer rep listened to all the symptoms, communicated it to service side resulting in correct diagnosis of problem. Overnight service. All covered by warranty. Very satisfied.

Convenient Service. Went in for routine scheduled maintenance (oil change). John Roy, my assigned serviceman, arranged for a shuttle to drop me off at home while I wait for my vehicle's service to be completed and to pick me up once it was complete. No hassle and very convenient.

Great Service Brought in BMW SUV because of a warning light. Also had intermittent problem with the rear hatch not closing all the time. BMW service department took care of the warning and the rear hatch (which I wasn't sure they would be able to duplicate because it doesn't happen all the time). I used the shuttle service for the first time. It's very convenient because the driver drops me off at home and picked me up when the car was ready.
BMW Purchase A big shoutout to Sergio and his team for making my car purchase and quick and painless as possible. They have the best BMW dealership I have ever been to and made me completely fall in love with my X3!
