Hamid was knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. He provided all the information I requested comprehensively and timely. I appreciate his professionalism. Chris was my BMW genius and he introduced me to my 228 and was very thorough and walked me through the features ever so clearly and patiently.
Courteous patient staff, clean modern facilities. I went in to buy a car and left with the car. What more can I say. I think I got a fair deal. Every person I dealt with was super courteous but buying a car is always a bit of a dance. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Great service...friendly staff My service experience was stellar. Brandon actually spent time with me and "listened". By listening to me, he was able to dial in a solution to a sporadic issue I had been having for over two years. He tried something and it worked. Everyone there,bincluding the gal at the loaner car desk was professional along with having cheerful attitudes. I will always take my car for service here, and when it's time for a new car, I wouldn't go anyplace else. GOOD JOB, Mt.View!!!

Great place to buy a BMW I must say I was really impressed with the car buying experience at BMW Mountain View. Khalid or Khal was really clear about pitching the options and made sure we understand what makes sense for us. They didn't try to oversell us. In addition to that, BMW Post sell services were really good and they valued me as a customer.
Great service I had my car serviced for the first time, and it was a great experience; as soon as I arrived (although much earlier than I suppose to) someone was there to assist me instantly. David the service advisor was very respectful and quick to respond and attentive to my comments. I do recommend BMW service center of MV.
Great customer service!! My car was in for scheduled maintenance. The check-in process is easy without waiting much. The waiting area always has been clean with plenty of water bottles and Starbucks/Peet's espresso machine. The service associate (Wayne) was so helpful on taking care of the maintenance and some of lingering issues. He was good at listening to me and following up those. He basically showed how the customer should've been taken care of. I'd recommend this service facility to all.
