My service Advisor David Truong consistently provided excellent service during those 2 years. His great attention to detail caught even the issues I missed and ensured high quality service, and he always found a good solution when there were minor bumps. Replaced Tires on BMW 535i Received a great price on new Pirelli P-Zero's and installation for my 535i from a BMW dealership. I know, hard to believe a car dealership has great tire prices but it's true for BMW of Mountain View. I had a great experience with the dealership and in particular the service department. David Truong my service advisor provided excellent communication during the drop off and pickup and made sure my car was spotless when I left the dealership.
