Great Sales Department BMW of Mountain View was an unbelievable experience! Besides having the best deals, the Sales Department was amazing. How often can you say that a dealership really cares about people? They are honest, considerate and patient. No pressure to buy and they don't try to sell you what you don't want. Laura Blanc was unlike any sales person I have ever dealt with. Sweet and sincere. She still emails me and I bought the car over a week ago. I'm a BMW lifer and I will only by from Mountain View!!

Good experience. It is what you make of it. Purchased a 328i sedan, Had to order it, but staff was very knowledgeable about available options and colors. Experience at any dealership is what you make if it, so they were very good at letting me see what I wanted to see, ask my questions, no heavy pressure sales tactics...but then again, don't need to exert pressure to sell BMWs.
