Best experience ever! I was home already after not making a deal. They called me and told me they were able to make it work for me. They truly made it work regardless of my credit history and cash limitations. Hamid is a great guy and worked hard for me.

Great service by Steve Pan Steve Pan made my shopping experience very easy. He walked me thru the process and suggested what features to get on my 2015 335i. He followed up and e-mailed me once my car arrived here in the states and answered all my e-mails in a timely fashion. I couldn't have asked for anything more. Oh, after I picked up my car he e-mailed me and said "my job didn't end when you picked up your car, call me or e-mail me anytime"... Now, that's service.

Stood behind their work. Windshield leaked after a replacement the previous year. The service department took the time to troubleshoot it and determined that the sealing of the replacement was the cause. The windshield was re-sealed - no charge.

Superior and Trustworthy Service I highly recommend doing business with Hamid Tabrizi at BMW of Mountain View. From the very minute I arrived, Hamid welcomed me with his warm and pleasant smile. He listened very patiently as I described my needs and desires. He gave me very honest and extremely helpful feedback and advice -- which included advice against adding certain features that I didn't really need or want. He was and is truly a class act and I would do business with him many times over.
bmw i3 Very professional quick and easy car buying experience :)
Lee Cai and BMW of Mountain View were great! We just recently purchased a 2015 BMW X3. I put in a request for more information on the website, and I quickly received a message back from Lee Cai. Lee was super responsive to all my questions. We actually hammered out a lot of details over email before I even came in. Once I did, everything looked good, and we bought the X3 without any hassle. Lee and team were great to work with.
Excellent service, very helpful I bought a 328I from BMW of Mountain View, I was very pleased with their service and they did an excellent job in providing me with all the information about the car and I would go back to them again when I need another BMW.
