Didn't feel like a use-car buying experience... Alec found me a great used 2014 328i with low miles at an excellent price. The process was fast and fair and I appreciate the no-pressure sales practice...it was never take-it-or-leave it...we both wanted a deal and we came up with a comfortable number quickly and I was out the door with no surprises or hidden costs.

Went above and beyond to help I had an issue with online purchased rims for a BMW, that would not fit with the OEM valve stems. I brought one to their Parts department where a technician spent 15' double checking the correct part #'s. Then I called Brett, a service advisor I knew, without a scheduled appointment or call, to try and help. Great sales person and experience Steven Pan was very helpful. He tried very hard to get me into my dream car. He made it happen and I'm so glad that we stopped by at BMW Mt View and had met him.
