The BMW of DSM team is top shelf. While this is only my fourth purchase at this center, I've owned many vehicles coming from other dealers in the area. This dealership was extremely helpful through the buying process. The Client Advisor I dealt with; Ira Booker was very easy to work with and took care of the buying process professionally and quickly. Shawn Decker was able to breakdown the finances quite easily and explained everything I had questions about. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member and will at the very least be where I look first for my next car.
This dealership went out of their way to get this vehicle exactly as we wanted it with options added to the car both from the factory and after the sale via their parts department. Additionally, they were very helpful in describing some of the post sale vehicle options such as paint protective film, maintenance agreements, and warranty extensions. Great selection of vehicles. Salesman (Solomon) was very helpful and knew many details of the car I selected (and others available), took the time to walk me through the controls and features, and was a gentleman to work with. The closing was effortless, explained properly, and quick. All-in-all a very satisfying experience. Makes me want to buy another BMW! Well, the car is REALLY nice, too. Thank you, BMW of Des Moines. Great people, great service. From the front desk to the finance office everyone treats you right.I debated purchasing used private party or a BMW trade-in through another dealership, but with this being my first BMW purchase I opted for Certified Used, which, while carrying a slightly higher price tag, provides a little more peace of mind. The negotiation process is as obnoxious as it is anywhere else, so that's to be expected. Assuming this car works out well, I wouldn't purchase a BMW from anywhere else.
I drove 185 miles to find the right BMW (Color, Options, Miles and Price). Lots of choices to choose from. Brad (Salesman) was very knowledgable and friendly. Would drive the 185 miles again.
