I recently purchased my first BMW from Ira Booker at BMW of Des Moines. He was a perfect gentleman and wonderful salesman! He did a great job at educating me on the vehicle that I was interested in, which was very new to me as it was my first electric car. He was able to answer all of my questions and did so with tremendous patience! Everyone at this location was very friendly and accommodating! The delivery of the vehicle was very impressive! I was blown away! These guys are awesome!

Tyler introduced us to the V4. He educated us on the V4. He was prompt in returning my emails. He presented the car in a really well detailed appearance.

BMW DSM ordered what I wanted, no trying to talk me into something on the lot-although they had some GREAT deals on the new 2015 models. They were willing to call around to find a manual transmission and when no MT's were found, we ordered from Germany. Fun tracking the car from Germany. Ira is the most polite, professional and sharp in appearance. Very knowledgeable and very hard working. BMW is very fortunate to have an employee of his qualities. Also, the person who designed this reveiw form should be FIRED. Very hard to navigate and enter ratings. Almost stopped 3 times before trudging through it.
I just upgrade my 2006 to a 2013 and the experience was great. Ted Matthews did a great job in finding the car that I wanted with all the things that I wanted in it. The sport package and the winter package are important to me as well as satellite radio. The auto braking system and lane departure system are all new and I love them. The 2013 is a better made car all around.
