Buying a BMW was like no other car buying experience I have ever had. Tyler Vonnahme made the whole process of buying a car a wonderful journey. Love my car and the whole BMW experience. I live in Los Angeles, but I found the car I wanted at BMW of Des Moines. The transaction could not have gone any smoother and at the end of the day, I saved money by purchasing the car in Des Moines and having it shipped to LA (the LA dealers are outrageous to deal with - often times marking up the MSRP just because). No issues here- they were reasonable and take care of the customer. Their dealership is spotless and comfortable. I won't hesitate in the future buying a car from this dealership. All around great guys!
