This was my third purchase from this dealership. My salesman remembered me and quickly ascertained what I needed in a vehicle. The financing and other negotiations were quick and I did not feel pressured.

Jim was totally professional and I found no hint of Attitude as demonstrated by some dealerships. We built our new car online and submitted the order on a Saturday afternoon to BMW of Des Moines. I received an email reply immediately and followed up with a phone call to discuss our trade-in. We received our made-to-order car just over 2 weeks later, which included the car being delivered to us over a hundred miles away. Jim Weaver went the extra mile for us, and the transaction was as smooth as could be. Great experience! (And we love the car, of course).
