We had originally gone in for a routine oil change and inspection. But after seeing the latest models, rates and relatively effortless process, we couldn't resist a trade-in and upgrade. Vinny Ballesteros is perhaps one of the friendliest, most knowledgable sale rep we've met. He helped allay all of our initial concerns and was able to get us a great deal.
