Very good efficient service and the staff is very polite and professional. The experiece is fact based, no BS. Brian in particular has a customer focused disposition and does a super job demonstrating the car.
Brian was very conscientious in keeping in touch and making sure that I had no questions or concerns with the vehicle. He was able work out a deal that was acceptable to all parties and find an available vehicle with minimal time and effort. The service at BMW Ridgefield has increased significantly as we came many years ago and did not find the staff as approachable as we experienced this time.
My experience at Ridgefield BMW was hands down amazing. Brian was very professional and helpful. He made my experience worth while and reinsuraning that I was getting the best quality service that BMW had to offer. When walking into the dealership, everyone was very nice and welcoming. Brian Barry was the first to come and ask me what I was looking for, and was quick to answer any questions i had about a specific vehicle. Not only was he helpful at selling me the car i wanted, but also was very kind to me and my family. He made us feel like we were family and it made us feel at ease when asking any questions.
