James was amazing. I have bought several vehicles from BMW of Ridgefield previously and worked with Bob Mahoney. He was extremely busy the day that I came in and so I had the pleasure of working with James. Not that Bob was not great in the past, but working with James was a very different experience. So accommodating, so polite, so willing to go the extra mile ~ Just an overall great great great experience. Clearly I will be back for another BMW, and when I do, I will be going back to James.
James made it a wonderful transition to my new BMW. He was not a salesman he was an educator about the BMW brand. He educated me in what BMW had to offer to meet my specific needs, wants and my price range. At every point in the process James explained everything is simple language and made me aware of all of my options. Very Good experience. Price on the car was good and the used vehicle was in great condition. The Sales person did everything he could to make the transaction easy.
This was a great experience all around. I found a Subaru Outback at a great deal. It was so good I almost bought a second one. Car shopping is probably my least favorite thing to do, who wants to haggle and spend an entire day at Dealerships. The experience was good. Brian was excellent to work with, he was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, relatable, and also someone that I could tell was listening to any concerns I had while trying to address them in a fair way. I'm extremely happy with Brian being my contact and will not hesitate to call him in the future.
The team at BMW of Ridgefield was very attentive. Brian took the time to go over the vehicles and my options. I did end up waiting more than I had expected when I picked up my car. This was not Brian's fault though and he still spent the time to go over the car with me and explain how everything worked.
I, too, work in retail and was very impressed with Robert Mahoney. He spent a lot of time with me and we talked through all of the options that were available for the vehicle. We also test drove several different models. He explained the differences between all the vehicles that we test drove and was patient when I asked him detailed questions regarding each vehicle. Working with Brian overall was easy & smooth. he followed up as needed and was knowledgeable about the process. I would recommend him to my friends & neighbors in the future. Brian gets a "5" in all of my ratings. I did not give a 5 in all of mine, because of the lack of knowledge of the finace team.
