I was greeted at the door by Leo and explained what I was looking for. He quickly was able to show me the car I was inquiring about and offered me a test drive. He was very knowledgable about the car and did not pressure me in any way. At the end I purchased the car, a process that was quite easy and only took about a half hour. I was looking for a particular vehicle, and was in conversation with multiple dealers in NE. Leo Debrum stood out in the group because of his responsiveness and helpful nature. Unlike past BMW purchases, I bought this (my third) site unseen--car, sales rep, or dealership. When I went to pick up the car, I was impressed with all three. Leo was very professional, and explained the new features thoroughly. I have already recommended him to two friends, who have admired my new X5.

I was in the market looking for a new 3 series and had already visited a few dealerships before I came to Tulley. I had a great experience in working with Mark who explained everything in detail. I had the opportunity to look at quite a few 328s on the lot, though none fit the configuration I was looking for. I did a lot of research on the BMW 3 series when we did the European exchange two years ago. If I had the time, I would have purchased another vehicle this same way. However, I was pressed for time.
